    we know that
    T=x+y+z
    T=[(7/4)+(5/8)+(5/2)]——–> (1/8)*[14+5+20]—–> (1/8)*[39]=39/8 lbs

    T=39/8=4.875 lbs———-> 4 7/8 lbs

    the answer is  4 7/8 lbs
