A set of ordered pairs does NOT represent a function when an input(x value) has multiple outputs(y value). The input can only have one output.

For the first one the answer is B because when x is 2, it has multiple y values. (2, 2) and (2,7)

For the second one the answer is B because A, C, and D have inputs(x values) that have multiple outputs(y values)
